HOW IT WORKS

• We take orders from Thursday 2PM to Tuesday 2PM the following week.
• We cook orders on Tuesday night until Wednesday night
• We pack and chill the orders until Thursday morning
• We ship orders out in temperature controlled packaging on Thursday
• Order is delivered to your doorstep chilled on Friday.

So if you happen to have ordered on a Sunday through Tuesday, you'll get it by Friday the same week.

If you have placed your order on a Thursday through Saturday, you'll get your order on Friday the following week.

Saturday delivery is available, but upon request only.

Should you want to have your food delivered on another day other than Friday, contact us first before placing an order. We'll try to accommodate your request.

THE PROCESS

1. You place your order.
2. We buy fresh ingredients.
3. We prepare and cook your order.
4. We pack and get it chilled (ready to heat and eat when you receive).
5. Order shipped and delivered to your doorstep.
